Product Manager - Treyarch

Treyarch is looking for a passionate and hardworking Product Manager to help deliver epic seasons of post-launch content for an upcoming Call of Duty title. The Product Manager will report to the Senior Product Manager of Game Commerce and help manage strategy for all MTX and post-launch content. The Product Manager would be responsible for surfacing recommendations to internal stakeholders and facilitating communication with Publishing partners. A successful candidate must be able to work well cross functionally with content developers, production, analytics, and marketing teams to deliver world class products. They need to be a self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while taking on multiple projects and adapting to the changing needs of our game, players, and business opportunities as they arise.

Your Mission:

• Building out post-launch strategic content plans in collaboration with internal/external stakeholders
• Communicating Live Ops features and content to cross functional team and managing deadlines
• Liaising with Art leadership to ensure they have the information needed to support post-launch content
• Facilitate creative discussions and foster a data-driven approach to content
• Create and maintain up to date post-launch documentation
• Partner with Production to ensure on-time delivery of seasonal content and features
• Coordinate with stakeholders, analytics, and publishing teams to hit seasonal strategic targets
• Work with the analytics team and economist to track KPIs in order to inform decision making
• Work with internal and external Live Ops teams to plan compelling initiatives to engage our fans
• Build and maintain a collaborative relationship with our Publishing partners
• Create best-practices and pipeline processes to support our post-launch merchandising effort

Player Profile:

• Minimum of 3 years of Product Management or comparable experience in entertainment, technology, or consumer products
• Ability to effectively manage team in both remote and in person work environments
• Bachelor’s degree: MBA preferred (or equivalent work experience)
• Experience driving the product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions
• Proven track record of using data-driven approach to deliver results
• Comprehensive knowledge of the entertainment and gaming markets
• Ability to uncover insights and clearly communicate them to others
• Strong verbal and communication skills with the ability to solve problems and drive results with cross-functional teams
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task with demonstrated performance of managing multiple products/projects at once
• Passion for gaming
