Your Mission
As a Product Manager, you will be an integral team member focused on the development of a new AAA mobile shooting game. You will help define the systems that enable the liveops team to design and manage all in-game events, promotions and offers. As these systems are built, you will work wit a team to manage the live seasons of the game. This role involves partnership with game designers, cross-studio partner teams, and internal content teams. Successful candidates should feel comfortable working with internal tools, coaching a team, and developing an established cadence to operate a live service. We are looking for individuals comfortable in a fast-paced environment and with the experience to run successful live operations.
Responsibilities
- Define the strategy (the what and the why) for our live operated monetization and engagement systems
- Set goals for these systems, measure performance, and create action plans to optimize over time
- Lead all aspects of the planning of the calendar of events, promotions, and offers that support that strategy and those goals
- Define product requirements detailing required capabilities, user stories, and feature design details
- Collaborate across subject areas to bring features from concept to market
- Partner with Game Analytics to assess feature impact and implement A/B tests where appropriate
- Lead a strategic project or product vertical to meet strategic critical metrics and Goals
Player Profile
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree a plus
- 3+ years as a PM, business management consultant, or growth lead
- Communicates effectively with internal departments
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Proven operator: this is a job where you’ll need to move from pitches in the early phases to project management during implementation and analysis following release.
- Passion for shooter games, specifically Call of Duty is a plus!
