Product Manager - New Games

We are looking for a Product Manager who will join us to be responsible for the growth of one of our upcoming Hidden Object games.

Wooga has a long history in creating world-leading Hidden Object Games and we expect our upcoming title to make just as big an impact. Combining strong storytelling with high polish and tight mechanics it is a great opportunity to work on an exciting title.

As a Product Manager, you will deliver on goals for the creation and growth of your assigned game. You will do that by channeling your strong product mindset to ensure you find a balance between delivering fantastic player experiences and maximizing revenue potential. You should be an excellent team player who knows how to positively influence cross-functional discipline teams to implement features that will ultimately put our games above all competitors in the eye of our players.

What you will be doing:

• Contribute to the game roadmap and map KPI improvements to initiatives.
• Frame business and customer problems to educate the production team about the goals of your initiatives.
• Partner with Lead Product Manager, Game Designers and Game Analysts to define virtual goods, pricing strategy and SKUs.
• Push KPI growth through LiveOps events and monetization.
• Own schedule, targets and overall success of in-game promotions, IAP merchandising, and in-game events.
• Partner with Game Analysts on planning and executing A/B tests and rollout of tested features.
• Set priorities for Game Analysts of better understanding the game performance and audience behavior.
• Estimate, prioritize and measure the impact of game improvements, conducting your own sound data analysis.
• Contribute to driving forward product management as a discipline within Wooga and be part of a collaborative team of industry-leading product managers.

Who are we looking for:

• You are an experienced and passionate product manager who can demonstrate a strong track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
• You are an expert in free-to-play mobile game business models and products.
• You have a good sense for the market, you are in tune with player patterns and understand customers.
• You have a strong monetization design understanding and expertise.
• You excel in analytical thinking and are comfortable with SQL, Excel and business intelligence workflows.
• You are a team player who demonstrates humility and loves accountability.
• You have excellent written and verbal skills in English. All of our internal communication at Wooga is in English. German skills are not required.
