A Day in the Life//Introduction:
As a Product Manager for LiveOps in the Live Games Pod, you will be an essential part of the dynamic, fast-paced team working on innovative puzzle games. Your primary responsibility will be managing the live games production working closely with developers, reporting directly to the Product Director of Live Games. Collaborating closely with the senior product managers, analysts, and lead game designer, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and ensuring the ongoing success of the games.
The Impact You’ll Make//Responsibilities:
- Oversee Live Ops team for Puzzle games, ensuring efficient operations and smooth execution of events, updates, and promotions.
- Collaborate with product director and lead game designer to develop and implement live ops strategy for revenue optimization and player satisfaction.
- Monitor performance metrics, using data-driven insights to enhance player experience and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead planning and execution of in-game events and monetization initiatives, working cross-functionally with marketing, design, and engineering teams.
- Utilize industry expertise to identify market trends and recommend innovative strategies to maximize revenues and stay competitive.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, providing mentorship and guidance to drive creativity and accountability.
Who You Are//Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in product management on mobile games or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Deep familiarity with game analytics and mobile game KPIs
- Understanding of live game operations, sales, and event strategies
Additional Strengths//Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Unity is a huge plus
- Familiarity with Figma or similar visual collaboration software
- Experience and general knowledge of working with AI tool
- Track record of publishing/working on a successful hypercasual, casual, or AAA title.
