The TriPeaks team is a small, close-knit team which takes pride in crafting high quality experiences that appeal to a wide array of players. Solitaire TriPeaks is our most successful game (so far!). It is #1 in revenue for the mobile solitaire category, a top 50 grossing game on both iOS and Android and still growing.
What You’ll Do:
As a key member of our studio’s Product Team, your interest and success will be building a strategy to optimize player experience that culminates in player purchases and engagement. You’ll need to be both strategic and hands on. We'll need you to see things from the players perspective and create strategies to optimize their experience. You will use tools to test, build, and iterate on offers and events to increase revenue in a way that’s healthy for the business and healthy for our players. You will:
- Own the events and monetization LiveOps calendar strategy.
- Improve, implement and communicate the LiveOps calendar strategy to enhance player retention, engagement and monetization.
- Continuously monitor game KPIs, as well as offer and event performance, to identify opportunities and trends.
- Leverage your creativity to advocate for improvements and new features to ensure our LiveOps portfolio remains fun and engaging.
- Work with the copywriting and art team to design compelling offers and events.
- Analyze and evaluate offer and event success, including a/b experiments, cannibalization and overall health to inform iterations and optimizations.
- Act as day-to-day primary point of contact for any offer and event related questions from the Community and Player Services Team.
About You: You’ll be collaborative, positive and enthusiastic in your approach to making the best quality casual social games out there. You’ll have excellent attention to detail and a thorough knowledge of all things Live Ops. You’ll have:
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Passion for mobile games.
- Portfolio that demonstrates success in improving KPIs through innovation.
- Persuasive and logical verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and familiarity with testing methodologies.
- Expert Excel/Google Sheet skills.
- SQL and data-mining experience, adept with data tools, such as Tableau, Mode or similar
- Passion for inspiring and shepherding teams to do their best work.
- Ability to be flexible and thrive in a collaborative, agile environment.
- Willingness to embrace change and failure for learning.
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask.
- Strong attention to detail and fast learner.
- Creative and curious mindset with strong problem solving skills.
