Product Manager - Live Ops

Scopely is looking for a Live Ops Manager to join our Marvel Strike Force in the United States on a remote Basis!

What You'll do

• Design, strategize, execute events based on data to drive engagement and monetization
• Collaborate with the Game Design and other cross-functional teams team to ensure engaging new content and events are delivered to the highest quality
• Ensure players find value in participating in events by tuning events based on data and testing to create a deep gameplay experience for our players
• Design, implement, and evaluate experiments to test hypothesis around live events to improve engagement, retention, and monetization
• Drive engagement through the analysis of the in-game economy and other data metrics via reporting tools
• Track and measure events performance in relation to sales, features, tests, and results in order to evaluate the performance of new events, features and game content
• Supporting the development team in executing and rolling out new features
• Develop and consistently maintain a deep knowledge of the product by playing regularly, participating in events, and optimizing your strategy

What We're Looking For

• Live Operations experience in F2P games is a must for this role
• Some experience with tools like Google Analytics, Excel, CRM tools etc
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Enthusiastic, positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work under tight schedules in a high-stress environment

For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY and WA, the annual salary range is $91,300 - $150,600 plus equity, bonus and benefits, including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time-off. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
