As a Development Manager, you’ll lead passionate a cross disciplined team in delivering digital products and features to our players from ideation to deployment. You’re passionate about understanding the needs of customers, the health of the team, the direction of the business and how to translate that understanding into outstanding delivery of products. 

As a Development Manager II  on the Player Platform, Flight team , you serve as both the product owner and delivery leader for the team. The Flight team creates solutions that enable creators (internal & 3rd party game studios) to securely and reliably publish their games and services to all players across the world. Together, we'll ensure that games like VALORANT, Legends of Runeterra, and beyond will reach and delight players worldwide.

You will report to the Senior Manager of Development Management in our Developer Platform initiative.
