Product Manager, Free to Play

As a Product Manager you will collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Product Marketing, Business Intelligence, and User Acquisition) to successfully launch new products, build sustainable product growth, and be responsible for the overall product health.
- Work with production to lead the product strategy and roadmap from inception through to delivery
- Translate business goals, feature concepts, and customer needs into concise and effective spec docs
- Soft launch products and optimize KPIs (retention, engagement, and monetization metrics) through rapid iteration of features with a solid product roadmap
- Analyze in-game analytics to formulate actionable insights
- Be able to breakdown design, deconstruct compulsion and monetization loops, and understand user behaviors and patterns
- Define product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Manage communication with stakeholders regarding product goals and progress
- Make feature, schedule and cost tradeoffs with game team leads
- Up to date on the latest F2P gaming trends and developments
- Manage multiple titles and product P&Ls within given portfolio
- Ideally has experience with / knowledge of Asian and/or Western MMO games
Qualifications and Experience
- 2+ years product managing free-to-play games on either mobile, social or console
- Track-record of driving commercial success and previously launched free-to-play games
- Strong analytical skills and experience working in a data driven organization
- Can communicate with the game team using key industry knowledge and terminology (ARPDAU, D1, D7, conversion rates, wireframes, submissions, etc.)
