Product Manager (F/M/NB)

Job Description

As a Senior Product Manager of the Game Streaming team, you must bring a level of vision and business awareness to our projects. You will be passionate about driving a product from start to finish for our players and our partners, while building a solid collaborative relationship across the technical, operational, and business teams. Our product management team works with senior leadership to chart the course of new game distribution capabilities.

We foster a fast and creative atmosphere; you will drive the overall product design effort to ensure we deliver a high-quality. Our team members are self-sufficient and have a problem-solving mindset. We are looking for people who are passionate about gaming and who are always one step ahead in new product development.

We expect the candidate to be curious, open-minded, polyvalent, and comfortable exploring new solutions to contribute to a brand-new platform.

What you’ll do

• Own, manage and prioritize your product roadmap; ownership and accountability are two values we cherish
• Monitor and track product feedback to help drive the direction and prioritization of the features, and capabilities for the game streaming product roadmap
• You’ll be part of the Ubisoft Game Streaming product team working in collaboration with a broader Online Services group and Ubisoft game production teams
• Manage trade-offs between cost, schedule, security, and business benefit, and ensure successful delivery of features to meet both internal and external customer needs

• Together with the team leads and engineers, prepare and execute the development plan for all the features in your roadmap

Qualifications

Who you are:

• Demonstrate a good understanding of product lifecycle and software development models
• Exhibit expertise in understanding complex business and technical interdependencies to deliver products successfully
• 3-5 years of product management experience and/or related experience including several product/services launches or iterations, preferably in an international environment

• Demonstrate a very strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) internally and externally at all levels
