Your Mission

As a Product Manager in the Online Services team, you will leverage your knowledge of games and services to create rich experiential connections between players and content. You will build the foundation of Online Services that creates a player presence within and across games to create their gamer self-identity, connect with others through deep social, and enable the creation and discovery of game content. This team is also responsible for building the necessary commercial and social integrity services for launch and empowering non-engineers to analyse and make impactful changes to live games.

/ You'll leverage your experience and pragmatism to unravel complicated customer requirements and negotiate the resources required to deliver current and future customer needs to define product requirements.

You will prioritise work within the team to achieve the desired business outcomes which fulfil our company goals and deliver our vision to customers.

/ You will deliver products that launch with full consideration of the developer experience, onboarding, documentation, support, packaging, and product messaging.

/ You will use your strong organizational and communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external teams and customers. / Your knowledge and passion for game development will enable you to understand the customer needs and experience while achieving our product vision.

/ You’ll be responsible for the development and delivery of Improbable Online Services and solutions for Live Operations, and running the team as a successful business unit with its own P&L.

/ You will provide scope and guidance for adjacent products, influencing their shape and direction to create a complete product offering that will create a new paradigm in game development.

/ You will create value propositions that communicate and deliver real value to customers and inform our product marketing and sales strategies.

/ You will leverage your strong technical knowledge of services and the game development process to help the team make informed technology choices that are friendly to the game development process and build out your technical knowledge to areas you aren’t directly working with.

/ You will be responsible for the business operation and execution of our Online Services product offering.You will contribute to overall product strategy at a global level.

/ You will help define what good product management looks like for large and distributed teams.
