What You’ll Do:
As a Product Manager in the Retention Marketing Team you’ll lead the CRM strategy & Roadmap for various products at GSN Games. You will:
- Analyse reports and define data requirements to measure performance
- Work closely with CRM managers to identify CRM tool needs
- Lead product aspects across all products and phases
- Manage and drive on-going optimization of CRM tools
- Lead CRM strategy and roadmap to improve players retention and engagement KPIs
- Work in collaboration with product, monetization and marketing teams to create the best communication experience with players
- Write detailed requirements & work closely with the production & product teams of each one of the products to incorporate the CRM strategy in each game
- Lead creative marketing initiatives to improve players’ engagement with CRM campaigns
- Optimize email marketing campaigns and maximise deliverability
- Ensure all CRM campaigns (email, push notifications) are aligned with the industry’s best practices
- Post-Launch analysis of features
About You:
- Business-oriented, data-driven with great analytical skills
- A problem solver - highly inventive thinker that will provide insightful, innovative solutions to any problem
- Expert knowledge and skill with translating data into actionable insights
- Previous experience with CRM platforms Swrve/Braze/CleverTap
- Proven experience developing multi-channel campaigns
- You should be a gamer. You should know and like mobile games, how they work, and should have a passion for them
- You will have a good understanding of how to create marketing messages that sell
You will need:
- Native - Level English
- Strong, self-learning and analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Good technical orientation
- Excellent Excel/analytical skills
- Gaming background – an advantage
- Basic HTML knowledge – an advantage
