Senior Software Engineer - Bots & Spam
As a Senior Software Engineer on the Bots & Spam pod, you will help us to improve the Roblox experience by combating bad actors on the platform. We are looking for an experienced software engineer that can help us build features to identify and mitigate bots on the Roblox platform. The Bots & Spam pod applies ML techniques and anomaly detection to identify bots in near real-time. If you are an engineer who is passionate about solving hard problems, helping users, and building features on a global, scalable platform, the Bots & Spam team might be the perfect fit.
You Are:
- A backend engineer with 3+ years of working experience
- Familiar with building scalable systems
- Experienced with compiled languages such as Golang, C#, or Java
- Working knowledge of REST or gRPC APIs
- Focused on writing clear, readable, testable, and monitored code
- Collaborative team member
You Might Have:
- Interest in Machine Learning, security or Bots
- Experience with data pipelines and ETLs
- Interest in security or bot mitigation
