Product Manager (Anvil Pipeline)

Job Description

As an Anvil Pipeline Product Manager, you'll be responsible for a range of products in a specific domain of application that make up our global product offering.
You'll ensure that your clients and production teams always have useful and high-performance products, collaborating closely with developers, designers, and researchers to do so.

Always in tune with the end-user community, you'll bridge the gap between the clients' needs and product capability. Responisble for delivering quality products, you'll make sure that the products you're entrusted with are continuously improved, adding value after each iteration.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with product and development management to build the long-term vision and roadmap for your products;
• Cooperate with the Product Owners, Product Designers and Product Specialists to analyze client needs and set development priorities;
• Ensure that products are competitive by carrying out strategic positioning studies;
• Work closely with programming teams to develop products in a collaborative mode;
• Identify clear and measurable metrics to determine the success of our products;
• Act as a primary contact person and subject matter expert, communicating with clients from ideation to delivery (and beyond);
• Support clients in using products (ex. create training content, etc.);
• Find solutions to improve the overall customer experience and explore new opportunities for product evolution;

What you'll bring

• Around 2 years of experience in software development, quality assurance, product management, or continuous deployment (or other relevant experience);
• A degree in a technical field (or related training);
• An attentive and client-oriented mindset;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Critical thinking, resourcefulness, initiative, and plenty of flexibility;
• Solid synthesis skills that allow you to evaluate products and suggest improvements;
• Effective collaboration between departments: you build relationships with members of all disciplines and organizational levels;

Nice to have, but not essential:

• Knowledge of the video game industry
• Knowledge of the Scrum/Agile methodology
