Product Manager, Accelerate Solutions Games Consulting

The opportunity

Unity's Accelerate Solutions Consulting team is looking for a Product Manager to develop and lead a suite of consulting service products. By collaborating with the Consulting business owners and engineering leaders, you’ll be championing a suite of short-term consulting offerings for a global business!

This role will have a high-level impact and participate in capacity planning, organizational decisions, actions following customer feedback, new product development, and strategic planning.

Short-term success is helping the team coordinate, define, and streamline an existing set of consulting offerings to implement feedback loops and improve data pipelines.

Long-term success will be defined by scaling our products for a growing business, introducing new markets, and building a long-term strategy to offer the best in industry consulting services!

What you’ll be doing

• Learning and understanding the existing suite of consulting service products and the current revenue model while building relationships with key stakeholders, including business unit leaders, engineering leaders, marketing, finance, and others
• Implementing feedback loops to advise data-driven changes to consulting engagements.
• Craft and supervise a new product proposal pipeline
• Participate in capacity planning, organizational decision making, and planning for the business unit

What we’re looking for

• Product management experience and expertise on feedback, data collection, roadmapping, and organizational planning
• Familiar with of product marketing management and go to market strategies
• Experience working in a professional services or contracting environment
• Project or program management expertise to inform business decisions

You might also have

• Experience in games industry and/or software development
