Product Lead, Privacy Safe Advertising

As the Product Lead, Privacy Safe Advertising, you will lead the charge for building the next generation of advertising products and features for the Chartboost DSP. You will own the product vision, strategy, and execution for features leveraging privacy safe targeting, attribution and optimization techniques empowering advertisers to acquire users at scale in a privacy first ecosystem. You will drive projects from idea to launch and iterate to achieve product-market fit. You will work closely with a cross-functional team spanning from peer product managers, legal, data scientists, engineers, ops, and sales.

Impact you will make:
- Own the product discovery, market validation and opportunity sizing for contextual targeting and other privacy safe products
- Bring privacy safe products to market and discover product/market fit with our current and potential customers through continuous feedback and iterations
- Utilize your expertise in data and measurement to develop cutting-edge, scalable, best-in-class integrated solutions for our rapidly expanding business
- Analyze metrics, propose improvement actions, design, and deploy successful A/B experiments
- Define, prioritize and deliver product roadmap and product features based on business requirements
- Perform competitive analysis and use insights gained to drive prioritization decisions
- Partner with the stakeholders in Sales, Business Intelligence and Account Strategy teams for the development of internal analytics tools and products.
Who you are:
- 8+ years of strong product management experience ideally with 5+ years in digital advertising
- Experience with the privacy landscape, awareness of various privacy challenges and trends across the industry, exposure to launching products with privacy safe techniques is a huge plus.
- Experience working with a data science team, data engineers, product managers, legal and business groups
- Expert in defining product strategy and working knowledge of agile practices
- Strong problem solving analytical skills, comfort with navigating ambiguity and making tradeoffs managing cross-functional initiatives across technical and non-technical teams
- Bachelor's degree, MS/MBA preferred (but not necessary)
