業務内容
- カスタマーサクセスチームやコア R&D チームと意思疎通を図り、自身のチーム内で広く利用可能な製品の開発を進める
- Unity フォーラムを介してコミュニティの開発者と意思疎通を図る
- チームとして働き、日本国内のさまざまな分野における技術開発をリードする
- 他のチームが開発した技術に対し、技術的な貢献を行う
- Unity の更新に合わせて、過去に開発された技術を更新する
- Unity の中核技術に関連する情報や、コンピューターグラフィックス分野のトピックについて独自に研究、学習を行う
必須経験・スキル
- 業務での C 、 C++ 、および C# （ Unity ）の利用経験
- ソフトウェアまたはライブラリのリリース経験
- コンピューターアーキテクチャーに関する基礎知識
- Unity を使ったビデオゲームなどのリアルタイムでインタラクティブなアプリケーション開発に関する、ソフトウェアエンジニアとしての数年の業務経験
- コンピューターグラフィックスおよび 3D グラフィックスで使われる数学に関する基礎知識
歓迎する経験・スキル
- より高いレベルの数学的知識
- Unity のプラグイン、エディター拡張、およびツールの開発経験
- ビジネスレベルの日本語および英語能力（ TOEIC スコア 800 以上）

In order to evolve Unity into an even more advanced development solution, we are actively developing specialized technologies for selective industries.
The Product Development Engineer will join the development of Unity's technologies which are used for products in professional industries. Our product development team is working on innovative ways to introduce Unity to film production, automotive, construction, and other fields in addition to creating technology to enable game development, so this position requires a wide variety of knowledge, experience, and willingness to step outside of the comfort zone.

Responsibilities
- Communicate with the customer success team, as well as the core R&D team to make products developed within your own team widely available
- Communicate with developers in community through Unity forums
- Work with your team to lead technologies developed in many different fields in Japan
- Make technical contributions to technologies developed by other teams
- Update previously developed technologies as Unity is updated
- Independently research and study information related to core Unity technologies and other topics in the field of computer graphics
Requirements
- Professional experience with C/ C++ and C# (Unity)
- Experience in releasing softwares or libraries
- Basic knowledge of computer architecture
- Some years of professional experience in developing real-time interactive applications such as video games in Unity as a software engineer
- Basic knowledge of computer graphics and mathematics used for 3D graphics
Bonus points
- Advanced level mathematics knowledge
- Experience in developing Unity Plugins, Editor Extensions and Tools
- Business language proficiency in Japanese and/ or English (TOEIC score 800 or above)
- Experience in developing tools for artists.
- Experience in setting up/executing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery of software.
- Experience in writing unit tests.
- Experience in writing manuals of developing software.
