Product Designer UX/UI

Rooster Teeth is looking for an experienced Product Designer UX/UI to join our Product team. As the Product Designer UX/UI, you will have the opportunity to design engaging and intuitive experiences for our web, mobile, and TV platforms. Our ideal candidate has serious UX and UI chops and will be able to take design initiatives through every stage of the product discovery, design, and development cycle. You will be tasked with designing interactions, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and beautiful interfaces while maintaining a design system. You can deliver creative, innovative designs that meet our business needs and delight our users. You will be an instrumental part of the overall product vision and strategy, working closely with highly collaborative cross-functional teams.
*In this climate of constant change, candidates must be able to work and telecommunicate from home, as well as be able to work onsite if/when that becomes an option.*
Responsibilities:
- Create wireframes, high fidelity interfaces, prototypes, animations, and other assets for our web, mobile, and TV apps
- Find creative, intuitive, visually appealing solutions to user and business challenges
- Document interactions and communicate your design vision to internal stakeholders
- Translate and evolve the existing design system across multiple platforms
- Collaborate closely with our product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams throughout the design and development cycle
- Iterate and improve on data driven design
- Design cool stuff for an amazing and passionate fanbase
Qualifications:
- You have 3+ years of UX/UI experience designing responsive web and native mobile applications
- You have a rad portfolio to showcase your work
- You can clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions
- You can take ownership of design initiatives, including scheduling and leading design reviews with stakeholders
- You can bring your designs to life with prototypes and animations
- You've got a passion for UX, UI, typography, iconography, and all things design
- You've got expert knowledge of all the industry tools, including Adobe XD, Sketch, Invision, Zeplin, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc
- You have experience working in an agile development environment
