Product Design Manager
Improbable Defence's product group exists to build products which enable governments to use synthetic environments to plan and train. The Product group manages a portfolio of valuable product-based offerings through the lifecycle.
As a Product Design Manager at Improbable, you will lead, develop and grow a team of highly skilled and fulfilled Product Designers and Lead Product Designers. You will represent your team and advocate Product Design excellence, to ensure that both internal stakeholders and external customers understand and appreciate its value. You will also be responsible for evolving our Product Design value proposition to mature our offering and how it is integrated into the wider business activity.
Due to the nature of this role, you will be expected to meet requirements associated with obtaining UK security vetting clearance; including an unbroken residency in the UK for the previous 5 years. If you think that this might be an issue for you, please let us know.
