Product Compliance Program SpecialistSummary
The Product Compliance Program Specialist is a motivated and detail-oriented individual that works closely and collaboratively with other key stakeholders such as: Studios; Operations; Supply Chain; ERP; Marketing; D&D; Product Compliance; and Finance. S/He must be able to answer all queries from stakeholders to provide accurate information or a point of contact.
S/He is responsible for entering games, platforms, OS, firmware, peripherals, and accounting systems information into M2K/D365/Team Center and/or applicable system. S/He will ensure that ATI program Final Certification submission requests are accurate, complete, and compliant for the PC Submission team. S/He will support the Director of Product Compliance Program Management to identify gaps, risks, and priorities to ensure program and product submissions to Product Compliance have clear expectations for deliverables.What You'll Do
- Accountable for ERP/SSOT (single source of truth) entries
- Must enter component data in ERP/SSOT system within 48 hrs turnaround time
- Must be accurate, consistent, and complete as possible
- Responsible for maintaining and correcting ERP/SSOT entries when errors are present
- Responsible for releasing ECO when submission package is complete
- Accountable for answering all queries from other departments, regulators, or casinos
- Ensure all questions or queries from other departments, regulators, or casinos are answered within 24 hrs
- Forward inquiries that are out of scope to the appropriate point of contact
- Follow up with status updates for inquiries that cannot be answered immediately
- Escalate to direct report
-Must communicate with Direct Reports and identify, document, and implement efficiencies of business processes to align with Product Compliance requirements and complete work with significant interruptions or priorities.
- Assist US Tech Admin during work influx
- Sign manifest (as needed)
- Produce game sets (as needed)
- Accountable for any other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Requires a minimum of 3 years experience in software development environment with focus on Compliance Regulations and various applications, such as: M2K (ERP/SSOT); Teamcenter; Mircrosoft Office Programs; SharePoint; and Salesforce.
- Ability to determine informational needs, to collect and analyze information, and to devise and develop statistical analyses and reports.
- Demonstrated professional knowledge and operational expertise within designated area of program focus.
- Ability to use independent judgment and to manage and impart information to a range of stakeholders.
- Ability to make administrative or procedural decisions and judgments.
- Skill in examining and evaluating operations and developing operating strategies, systems, and procedures.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills; and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders in a diverse community.
- Must be a team player, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and work under tight prioritized deadlines.
