We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our team! You will collaborate with the Product and Growth & Monetization teams to answer questions, understand player behavior through deep dive and experimental analysis, forecast user acquisition and monetization and develop Looker dashboards. You'll also interface with multiple project stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical implementations (i.e., event tracking).
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Data Science and Product teams to analyze experiments and perform deep-dive analysis to understand player behavior
- Setup and manage a pipeline of game launches with adherence to deadlines
- Benchmark advertising and monetization performance against key metrics to identify growth areas across a portfolio of apps
- Develop Looker dashboards to monitor user acquisition ROI, game performance and economies, and player progression
- Constantly think outside of the box to inspire change with new testing ideas
- Work autonomously to define goals and achieve success for our partners
Basic Qualifications:
- 1 - 6 years of professional experience. Specific experience with social games, mobile apps, or behavioral sciences is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field
- Proficient with R, Python, or equivalent for data modeling and analysis
- Proficient with SQL
- Strong analytical, quantitative and creative problem-solving ability
- Ability to be-self sufficient and execute quickly when given autonomy
- Flexible team player who will thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment
Bonus Points:
- Experience with Snowflake
- Looker development experience
- Knowledge of mobile gaming metrics and the mobile gaming industry
- Experience in mobile advertising
- Product focused mindset
- A passion for games (of any type)
