Summary:

The Producer is responsible for the overall management of the project, ensuring that the team meets deadlines and allocated costs while delivering a quality project, respecting the timeline and budget allocated. They must also manage risks, issues and dependencies to ensure that the project is delivered successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

·Maintain high professional standards as a representative of this position.

·Design and implement project planning, including elements such as budget, resource plans, deliverables, etc., and ensure successful project delivery.

·Ensure coordination and supervision of actions and collaboration between internal and/or external studios.

·Take responsibility for managing the project timeline and ensuring that the team has optimal working conditions to achieve production objectives.

·Develop and implement pipelines and workflows between different job categories for the overall project and detailed deliverables.

·Contribute to the definition of the Production department's strategy and tools used.

·Work closely with other members of the management team to optimize resources, costs, and reduce risks.

·Effectively manage risks and supervise emergency plans.

Qualifications:

·At least 10 years of professional experience in the video game industry, with solid experience as a producer on at least 2 projects that have resulted in a game release, with experience of managing a production of a minimum 50 people.

·Planning, organizing and project strategy skills.

·Ability to identify and monitor potential issues that may affect game delivery.

·Leadership and communication skills, both orally and in writing.

·A passion for game creation and practice.

·Good verbal and written communication in English.

·A proactive and autonomous attitude.

·Ability to troubleshoot and be open-minded.

·Ability to work efficiently under pressure and to adapt to change.
