Overview
Bethesda.net, the software platform for Bethesda Softworks, is looking for a well-rounded producer. The producer role on the Bethesda.net team is a mixture between scrum master, business analyst, agile coach, and project manager. Strong candidates have managed high profile cross-functional teams with some mixture of engineering, QA, marketing, legal and finance experts. Excellent candidates have consistently delivered successful, high-quality projects on time. A perfect candidate is energized by the challenge of creating and fostering highly productive self-organizing teams.

- Created a project plan for each body of work based on requirements, high level estimates, and known risks and dependencies
- Ensured resource availability, allocation, and variances in staffing plans
- Cleared roadblocks and created escalations when needed

- Used appropriate tools to effectively communicate project status, risks, issues, dependencies, escalations and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership

Qualifications
- 2 yrs. Project management using any project framework: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall
- Strong communication skills with wide range of stakeholders
- Ability to quickly prioritize and adapt to changing priorities
- Documentation experience
- Functional requirement creation experience
- Product management or Program Management
Preferred Skills
- Knowledgeable in JIRA
- Knowledgeable in EazyBI
- PMP, CSM or SAFe certificate a plus but not required
