Under the responsibility of the Executive Producer, the Producer assists the Production team for organizing and tracking the work of our Art department (environment artists, VFX artist, concept artists, tech artists...)
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include:
- Schedule monitoring (planning, follow-up, forecasts)
- Establish and optimize the art schedules with the Executive Producer
- Manage and follow all the art assets needs, track and report the art assets development status, with the help of the Art Leads
- Coordinate with the Executive Producer to ensure the art production resources (internal staff, contractors) match with the project needs
- Drive the schedule (milestone plans, overall priorities) of the Art teams along with the Art lead
- Project coordination
- Foster communication between all departments to favor a good synergy
- Coordinate with the Art Leads to make sure the art assets are delivered on time and meet the project objectives considering budget, time and
- Coordinate external art asset production and integration with the leads and producers
- Art Team coordination
- Support the agile project management and organize cross-disciplines teams if needed
- Assist with recruiting and interviewing candidates for Art positions
- Ensure that team members have the right technical skills (training implementation…)
- Assist the Art Leads in reviewing team performance (give feedback, objectives)
- Art Outsourcing Management
- Assist with looking for external contractors to support the Art teams
- Set up contracts and track budget for Art contractors
Qualifications
- Excellent understanding of Art creation workflows and constraints
- Similar experience is required
- Good French and English written and oral communication skills
