Job Overview

WOWS Blitz is looking a for a Producer who can help grow the live product on all major mobile platforms. This person will oversee the Publishing team in Berlin and will work closely to the development team in Shanghai. A strong development focused background would be necessary to take on this role.

What will you do?

• Work closely with Publishing Director of WoWS Blitz, regional functions and global points of contact to ensure the self-publishing success.
• Work closely with development to communicate publisher needs & requests, and managing on-site and virtual collaboration.
• Plan & execute in-game events.
• Conduct KPI & in-game data analysis to develop understanding of status of the game to provide the insight to relevant teams.
• Document various processes and rules.
• Cross functionally work closely with WOWS Franchise Marketing, BD, Community, Customer Service, Content both regionally and globally to drive business objectives successfully

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in gaming or live products and services.
• Strong Development background.
• Previous knowledge of our games or F2P games in general
