Job Description:

• Remote manage live broadcasts, including monitoring host performance, audience participation, host adherence to content guidelines, stream quality, etc.
• Assist with graphics creation, on-air ID creation, music/score creation, etc.
• Keep up to date on the latest equipment, tools, and software used in the streaming industry and provide recommendations to management teams to support company objectives and continually lower costs.
• Any other duties which may be reasonably assigned by executive management

Requirements

• Min. 2 years experience as a Producer/ Project Management in TV/ Video/ Event/ Digital Marketing production
• Ability to problem-solve studio equipment issues.
• Working knowledge and practical use of multimedia software (iMovie, Canva, Adobe, graphic, video-audio, etc)
• Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.
• Excellent time management and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Can work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to articulate and communicate workflow processes, work with vendors in developing/creating bids, etc.
• Comfortable in both Windows and Mac OS platforms.
• Good communication in Spanish and English is a must
• Indonesian citizen
