In Star Stable Online, the player might choose to team up with the soul riders to fight evil, or maybe they rather take a trip to the beach with their riding club and four-legged best friend. It's up to them. We want our players to ride into an exciting world where they create their own adventures. And this is where you come in.

As a Game Producer, you drive the creation of some of the content our players love the most: new horses and gear they can take for a ride as they engage in new adventures, and the characters that populate our world and engaging stories. You provide the short and mid-term vision and goals for one of our content teams, contributing to the overall roadmap and release plans for Star Stable Online. You manage the priorities and facilitate decision-making within the team. You are accountable for delivery, continuously owning and mitigating potential risks.

We believe that the profile we are on the lookout for has a few years of experience as a project manager, games producer, development director, agile delivery lead, or similar.

As a Game Producer, you need to understand both player and business needs, with an ability to navigate qualitative and quantitative data and ensure that the team also has those insights. Experience from the industry is a must. Maybe you have previously worked as a 3D Artist, Environmental Artist, Animator, or Games Designer yourself too.

We will need you to also be really good at continuously improving workflows and collaboration in teams. We need someone who can drive change management and support others through change. We want to pave new ways and allow ourselves to experiment.
