Producer

Due to our recent successes, we are looking to grow the team with a producer. This role will play a critical part in the development of a new console game, our most ambitious project to date.
The Producer represents the stakeholders during development of the game. They are accountable for the value created by the development team, and make sure that the game exceeds stakeholder and player expectations.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the set up and scoping of new projects
- Managing the deadlines, resources, scope and timeframe of your project(s)
- Manage the project team’s development process and planning
- Manage communication between management, team and client
- Manage and coach team members
- Managing external partners during development
- Risk and issue management
- Working together with other producers on process improvements and knowledge sharing
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years experience within game development
- 2+ years experience in a leadership role (producer, creative director, lead designer or product owner)
- Having shipped multiple titles, ideally across multiple platforms (mobile, console, pc, etc.)
- Solid understanding of game development and video game technologies, with experience in all phases of development
- Established communication, people, presentation, organisational and documentation skills
- Experience with agile processes such as Scrum, Kanban
- Experience in project management tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, Jira, Confluence
- Read, write and speak excellent business English (C2 level)
- Able to work 40 hours per week at the studio in The Hague
BONUS SKILLS
- Experience or a background as Programmer, Designer, Artist or QA
- Experience or a good understanding of Unity
- Experience with Mobile F2P development
- Knowledge of Marketing, PR, competitor products and sales trends within the industry
