NCSOFT West, focused on making high-quality, cutting-edge, and conceptually innovative Free-to-Play online games, is seeking a passionate Producer or Associate Producer to work in our Orange County, CA, or Bellevue, WA office. We are highly collaborative and always searching for ways to engage players in a creative way.
As a Producer, you will support the Product Owner to drive the long and short-term user engagement and monetization strategies for triple-A PC games. You will be involved in developing, tracking, and managing project schedules and milestones to support successful game updates, in-game events, promotions, and store updates. You will support the Product Owner to work with other stakeholders to develop live operation plans and drive execution.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support Product Owner to develop and propose in-game events, promotions, and store updates
- Develop ideas to improve user engagement and monetization opportunities
- Build models and forecasts to predict the impact of new features
- Analyze results of events, promotions, and store updates to help improve future activities and strategies
- Develop proposals for new in-game events, promotions, and store updates
- Create reports and documentations
- Create reports for the conducted analysis and present to Product Owner and other stakeholders
- Document meeting notes and histories for the future use
- Develop, track, and manage project schedules and milestones to make sure all stakeholders are aligned and on track
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to prevent risks and to make sure the project is on track
- Support Product Owner to lead meetings with all stakeholders effectively and efficiently, this includes, but not limited to meeting material preparations and writing meeting notes
- Educate all stakeholders on new game features, in-game events, promotions, and store updates
- Evaluate new game updates and deliver analysis and proposals to Product Owner to properly optimize the games for the Western audience.
- Understand new game features, systems, and game balances
- Draft a report with high-level analysis of above new game contents
- Present the report to Product Owner to help make a right decision
- Manage store updates including preparing and implementing store updates
- Other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSSFUL
- Associate Degree or bachelor’s degree
- Passion for games and MMORPG gameplay experiences
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills and proficiency in Excel and Power Point is a must
- Effective communication skills including organizing and leading meetings
- An analytical, logical, innovative, and creative approach to problem-solving
