Producer
Making games is Fun and unpredictable, and we're all in it together. Producers are our creative drivers, actively listening and working with all of our crafts to set clear goals, solve dependencies and get decisions made, to ensure our games to be the best quality they can be to excite our players. A Criterion Producer is responsible for defining the opportunity & the constraints for a project and for how we build a player centric experience for our players.
What you'll do:
- Producers are at the core of everything we do. You will help others produce their best work through your leadership and guidance.
- Partner with all our Stakeholders and work with design and creative leads to define the opportunity and high level objectives for game features
- You will lead a team day-to-day to set priorities, and share big-picture context from across the project. Be that person who brings the team together to make great creative decisions.
- Work within the Production group to solve dependencies and raise risks that impact your team.
- Collaborate with experts across different disciplines to understand constraints and implementation costs.
- Focus the team on the player experience, by maintaining a culture of regularly playing the game together.
What we're looking for:
- Experience leading teams building AAA video games from concept to completion.
- Broad knowledge across diverse areas of game-making. A background in development/art/production is desirable.
- Ability to respond to insights about our audience to inform our product goals.
- Ability to inspire, influence and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Demonstrable experience of agile project management processes.
