We’re looking for a hands-on Producer to manage and deliver all aspects of digital production for upcoming high-profile CG and VFX projects. Our Producers are dynamic and proactive project leaders who guide and oversee the daily operations of their project teams to ensure the thoughtful and efficient flow of work through the facility and aren't afraid to get their hands dirty.
Responsibilities:
-Perform a wide range of project and personnel management responsibilities (no task is too big or too small for our producers) to keep teams moving forward
-Collaborate with directors, supervisors, artists, and clients
-Create and revise bids, and financials
-Establish and drive schedules
-Creatively and strategically troubleshoot solutions to production obstacles
-Foster and maintain positive relationships with peers, direct reports, and team members
-Develop important company connections with clients, collaborators, and other industry figures
Requirements:
-5+ years of CG producing experience in animation/film
-Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
-Ability to effectively communicate project status, needs, and goals
-Demonstrated ability to diffuse and resolve conflict in high-pressure situations
-Positive and friendly demeanor
