We are currently working on our first title, an imaginative and original new IP, which we have complete ownership and creative control of.

- Foresee and mitigate risks, working with leads and other producers to allocate resources appropriately.
- Communicate development status to stakeholders
- Write detailed and thorough tasks, ensuring that all dependencies and requirements are documented
- Identify, communicate, and resolve roadblocks and bottlenecks, ideally preventing them before they occur
- Adapt plans to and schedules based on evolving conditions and team-wide priorities
Who You Are
- 5+ years in the games industry, including at least one production role on a shipping title
- Experience managing multiple disciplines, teams, and/or projects concurrently
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other task tracking, bug tracking, and project management tools
Bonus Points
- Experience in a production role on shipping titles
- Previous experience with Unreal Engine
