Producer (Synapse Studio)

• Manage the production of future and current Synapse mobile titles
• Plan feature development roadmaps
• Develop, maintain, and communicate accurate production schedules
• Ensure releases, milestones, sprints, and other roadmap items are built well in advance
• Ensure all releases, milestones, and other deadlines are on time
• Maintain high-quality development
• Identify process inefficiencies, then propose and lead implementation of solutions
• Ensure all team members are adequately tasked at all times, and working effectively on the highest priority tasking
• Manage relationships with external teams
• Use appropriate task-management software such as Jira

• Agile Methodology — using a highly iterative approach to roadmapping and feature development
• Team Coordination — collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to effectively communicate project requirements, identify any production risks and to help implement solutions
• Creative Orientation — leveraging an ability to transcend traditional ideas, rules, patterns, and relationships to create meaningful new ideas, processes, and general solutions to relevant production problems

• At least 2 years experience in live-operations-oriented production
• Bachelor’s degree required; accredited business or quantitative-based program preferred
• Advanced understanding of mobile game platforms, mobile game design best practices, production methodologies and roadmapping
• Proficient knowledge of all aspects of production, from scheduling methodology through task load management
• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others; conducts working relationships in a manner acceptable to others and to the organization
• Ability to positively model the organization’s commitment to integrity, diversity, inclusion, and maintaining a respectful workplace.
