As a Producer, reporting to the Line Producer, you will guide execution across the development team to build and launch the next Skate, with a key focus on social and user-generated features and content. This is an essential role for the team that involves a high level of interaction with team members and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a vision holder and product owner for Skate™ social and user-generated features and content, working with game and experience design
- Create inclusive in-game and out-of-game experiences for our players
- Set and achieve quality targets for features and content
- Work with the development director to manage the product roadmap and deliverables
- Work with research partners to gather user feedback and guide feature iteration throughout development
- Build a partnership with all discipline leaders across the team, our partner teams and leaders across the company
- Solve production issues to improve team efficiency
- Balance priorities, and find creative solutions to achieve results
- Provide leadership and inspiration for our team through personal example, and enthusiasm

- At least 5 years of production experience in game development
- Strong understanding of social, UGC and free-to-play approaches in games
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Strong level of agility and adaptability in dynamic development environments
- High degree of initiative, takes opportunities to make improvements
