Producer - Player & Quality Insights

The Role:

The ideal Producer is passionate about delivering the highest quality games in partnership with our talented team of developers across our worldwide studios.

You will manage working with the development team and our internal team through player recruitment, player registration, build security and delivery, playtesting execution and insights delivery and actions.

This is a senior role that involves direct ownership of multiple playtesting activities and delivering our overall strategy, reporting to the Head of Player and Quality Insights.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with the Player and Quality Insights team and worldwide development teams to understand playtesting goals, plan out events with the operations team and then complete the activity.
• With the Player and Quality Insight team develop roadmaps for the playtesting activities across multiple titles.
• Oversee our large-scale playtesting activities we run and managing the end-to-end execution of the activity.
• Be a member of the leadership team and guide team culture to build a highly engaged team.

Qualifications:

• An experienced Producer with 6+ years of experience in game production, entertainment, or technology-focused roles.
• You understand the video game industry, outstanding games and design.
• You love working with an inclusive and diverse group of people to accomplish something great as a team.
• A passion for pioneering, R&D, and encouraging others to consider different perspectives.
• A master of influence, helping others understand and become passionate about their work.
• You have experience using data, analytics, and consumer insights to inform game development.
