Producer, PRELOADED

PRELOADED is seeking a Producer to join the team with a real passion for games and immersive technologies, with hands-on knowledge and experience of bringing these types of projects to life!
We are on the lookout for an organised & pro-active go-getter who understands the importance of communication, documentation, structure and the fundamentals of agile processes to move a project from a seed of a concept through to fully realised product.
As a Producer, you’ll be part of a growing team with a responsibility for supporting the management and delivery of projects and their associated client/internal stakeholders. You’ll be working in lockstep with Lead producers to cover all the nuances and intricacies that come when working with cutting edge technologies to deliver best in class products.

This role manages a team of hybrid, and fully remote individuals, so flexibility for travel to our London studio will be essential.
THE SKILLSET
- 2+ years of experience as a Producer
- Experience of managing £50K + budgets
- Experience supporting senior production teams with requirements gathering, sprint planning and back-log management processes
- Competent and comfortable supporting client communications and presenting
- Solid and proactive documentation to ensure team transparency and alignment
- Passionate when working with new, unexplored platforms , technologies and production processes
- Strong interpersonal skills. Strong teamwork; eagerness to share and receive feedback. We’re in this together!
WITHIN 1 MONTH, YOU’LL HAVE
- Completed onboarding, which is designed to get you up to speed on our business, vision and team - understand how your role fits into the broader company.
- Ramped up on PRELOADEDs production processes and expected responsibilities.
- Visited the studio, met the rest of the production team and shortlisted your favourite game on the arcade machine.
- Onboarded to your first PRELOADED project, working in conjunction with a lead producer, establishing a great working relationship to find your team flow.
- Established areas of accountability within the project communications, documentation and process.
WITHIN 3 MONTHS, YOU’LL HAVE
- Supported the lead producer on the project planning phase and articulation of backlogs, prioritisation and production roadmaps.
- Supported in the management of the agile sprint cadence, sprint goals and client build review cycles.
- Review sprint builds and ensure product quality prior to sharing with clients.
- Ran internal team status sessions keeping clients and PRELOADED leadership up to speed with project direction and velocity.
- Supported the day to day tracking and health of the budget, margin and costs, communicating any anomalies with lead producers.
- Managed the invoicing of clients and of third party suppliers across our internal systems to ensure timely payments.
- Anticipated and raised any project risks and change, minimising any negative impact for client relationships and / or the project margin.
WITHIN 6 MONTHS, YOU’LL HAVE
- Driven project retrospectives and established a cadence of feedback during the lifecycle of the project.
- Helped support the growth core partnerships between producers and lead producers helping to iterate on roles and responsibilities and finding efficiencies.
- Participated in knowledge sharing with the production team, embracing a mindset of continuous improvement.
- Presented your work during the company showcase and championed the project/ team efforts.
WITHIN 12 MONTHS, YOU’LL HAVE
- Extended your portfolio of clients and projects.
- Been actively involved in concept definition flexing your creative muscle to solve creative challenges alongside your team.
- Input into new production processes that will become foundational practices across the studio.
- Fostered a culture of knowledge sharing throughout the studio.
- Built personal and team confidence that stretches beyond the delivery of the project.
