Producer (Mobile Games)

PerBlue is looking for our next great Producer to join our team of experienced developers and game designers. We’re a growing independent studio whose free-to-play midcore mobile games are being played by millions of people around the world, including the award-winning Disney Heroes: Battle Mode .
Our team brings together experience from major studios in the videogame and technology industries. Headquartered in Madison, Wisconsin, we also work remotely around the United States for an unmatched quality of life and work.
We’ll work together to create amazing experiences for our fans across the world! You'll manage the daily operations of one of our game teams, working directly with one of our product managers. You'll manage sprints, filing and tracking dev tasks, organizing standups, running playtests and more. You'll be an integral part of shipping great game content on time and on budget.
What You'll Do
- Manage the day-to-day development process for a complex midcore free-to-play game
- Work with a cross-functional team to deliver sprints on time, on budget and at a high level of quality
- Quickly identify development issues, diagnose root cause, and implement solutions to keep the product and team on track
- Make valuable individual contributions to the product (via design, QA, UX, analysis, etc.)
Your Experience
- 2+ years in a game producer role (free-to-play mobile preferred but not required)
- Strong understanding of agile development theory and practice
- Expertise in a specific product area (e.g. design, analytics, UX, writing, QA, dev, etc.)
- Experience with mid-core game genres and mechanics (esp. RPG & strategy)

Compensation and Benefits
We are a Remote First company headquartered in downtown Madison, Wisconsin with team members based around the US.
