Producer, Marketing

You will be collaborating with game teams to establish a creative pipeline that is efficient and well communicated.
You will work closely with marketing channel owners, marketing managers, and game/partner teams to balance a set of commitments and milestones to predictable execution, facilitating tough tradeoffs along the way. Tactical enough to dive deep on day-to-day execution, proactively spot areas for improvement, then energetically drive those improvements broadly, resulting in all peers feeling collaboratively led into changes that alleviate confusion, miscommunication, and differing expectations!
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily flow of work through intake, grooming, and production; shepherding creative assets for maximum quality and efficiency through the pipeline.
- Manage a licensed asset approval process in partnership with the game teams.
- Communicate feedback to teams in a timely manner and handle all change requests and resubmissions.
- Work with marketing teams to coordinate campaigns against game roadmaps and licensor approval timelines.
- Work with vendors and art teams to manage communication, expectations, and results.
Required Skills:
- Ability to balance and constantly prioritize multiple projects/requests from numerous internal and/or external partners.
- Self-motivated to act quickly when issues arise that need immediate attention.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent written skills in reports, emails, and other communication.
- Strong verbal communication both one-on-one and in larger meetings with internal and external parties.
- Ability to learn in-house and external partner proprietary website portals.
