Amazon Games is looking for a talented Producer to manage live operations for the Live Operations Team.
Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Execute product's publishing plan for massively multiplayer games.
- Manage the release process of the product across multiple environments and collaborate with stakeholders for its coordination
- Provide product supports for multiple teams including community, customer support, marketing, localization, technical operation, engineering, and external teams.
- Be one of the first line of on-call supports to coordinate solutions for internal and external services.
- Organize available data and feedback to improve product performance.
- Proactively mitigate risks and help reduce a product’s exposure to classic failure modes (e.g., requirements not sufficiently understood, ineffective cross-team collaboration, insufficient testing).

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ year of experience with live game services or AAA game's release
- 3+ year of product/project management or game design/publishing experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Passion for running live game services
- Experience working with second party or third party partners
- Proven abilities in project planning, resource, and risk management.
- Familiarity with PM methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
- Ability to call out critical decisions that can affect massive scale audience
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decisions by using data across a variety of signals to build convincing arguments that address the needs of stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hybrid environment and handle stress appropriately and/or ability to solve practical problems and be sufficiently adaptable to handle dynamic situations with little advance notice.
- Experience working on cross-functional teams with ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal communications.

The base pay for this position ranges from $79,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $199,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
