Flying Wild Hog Cracow is currently working on an independent project which is a multiplayer action RPG set in a sci-fi universe.
About the position
As a producer you will work closely with other producers, directors and team leads to coordinate development processes within the studio. You will be in the middle of every action happening in the projects! Planning, observing the progress, resolving problems, gathering and passing relevant information will be your daily routine.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate cooperation between different teams
- Ensure information flow between developers and teams
- Plan and report progress of teams‘ work
- Manage priorities to ensure realisation of project goals
- Track and mitigate risks appearing in the development
- Support decision making process
- Support resolving any problem that the team may face during production
- Support recruitment process
Requirements:
- Passion for games
- 3+ years of experience as a producer in the game development environment
- Experience in managing cross-discipline teams
- Teamwork attitude
- High level of self-control
- Analytical and problem solving aptitude
- Understanding the game development process from a concept phase to the
release - Shipped at least one title in a production role (AAA title will be a plus),
- Experience with project management tools (experience with Jira will be
a plus) - Fluent Polish and English
