Our IP-license partners include Universal (Jurassic World), Formula 1 and Games Workshop (Warhammer).We are also growing our team to continue the expansion of Frontier Foundry, our publishing label for games developed by carefully selected partner studios.
We have a modern spacious studio located on the Cambridge Science Park in the heart of the Cambridge tech hub. For those who wish to relocate to the Cambridge area and work either entirely in the studio or flexibly between the studio and home, we can provide generous financial and practical support to facilitate your move. We are also able to offer remote working for those who would prefer to work almost exclusively from home or who are unable to relocate. As part of our continued growth we have a vacancy for a Producer to join our fantastic team on the F1 Manager franchise. You will work closely with our talented development and licensing teams to help deliver a wide variety of authentic and officially licensed game content to delight our F1 fans. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a studio with a track record of delivering successful AAA titles and work on a world renowned IP with a truly global reach.
Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinating the creation and approval of officially licensed game assets on the F1 Manager franchise, reporting to the Executive Producer.
- Helping the development team to meet their goals and deliver licensed content on time and to a high quality.
- Tracking approval status and data transfer for a wide variety of game assets in collaboration with the licensing team and F1 partners.
- Helping organise visits to F1 teams for reference gathering, consultation and approvals.
- Running sprint planning, standups and reviews for asset creation.
- Creating and optimising processes and pipelines to ensure efficient development.
- Maintaining strong relationships with the development, licensing and F1 partner teams.
- Identifying and mitigating asset approval and licensing risks.
About you:
- Experience in game production with at least one shipped title on PC or Console.
- Ability to communicate confidently and effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills, able to effectively organise a large volume of assets.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to motivate different teams and disciplines effectively.
- An understanding of Agile processes and how to apply them.
- Experience of helping development teams to find solutions to problems.
- Confident working in a fast paced environment and able to react positively to change.
- An interest in and knowledge of F1.
- Knowledge of content management systems, Hansoft and JIRA beneficial.
