Producer - EA Sports Mobile

We are the EA Sports Mobile Team, a division of EA crafting high-quality mobile games and focusing on delivering high-quality, immersive experiences created to fit the lifestyle of mobile gamers. EA Sports Mobile currently operates in Vancouver, British Columbia, Orlando, Florida, and Bucharest, Romania.

We’re looking for an experienced producer with mobile free-to-play experience to help lead the game production of a massively entertaining and high grossing sports title. You will be a mobile production leader responsible for the on-time, on-budget delivery of the game and will coordinate design, engineering, and art in a multi-studio environment. The ideal candidate has built, launched and maintained the live service for a successful free-to-play mobile game.

What you’ll do:
• Be a key member of a mobile game’s leadership team, directing the day-to-day development through production and in to Live Service
• Work closely with production, art, design, and engineering leads in multiple locations to ensure successful coordination and a quality product
• Work with the development director to manage the integrated project schedule, milestones, deliverables; work with art, engineering, QA and design teams to ensure quality and timeliness of all deliverables.
• Partner with central service teams including publishing, marketing, finance, consumer insights, and product analytics
• Drive risk and uncertainty out of the project, escalating key issues to management

Who you are:
• 5+ years’ experience in a lead game production role
• Strong knowledge of mobile game mechanics in top grossing games
• Experience working with multiple teams in multiple locations
• Ability to drive high velocity, high impact development cycles
• Established history of delivering complex development projects on-schedule and on-budget, at the highest standards of quality
• Ability to evaluate development risks and create mitigation and contingency plans balancing out short term needs and long term vision
