Producer - Covet Fashion

As Producer, you will be driving the product development for the highly successful franchise, Covet Fashion. This is an exciting opportunity, as you’ll have a chance to work with a world class team on a product that millions of women love. For the last 7 years, Covet has held its position as the #1 Fashion Game, and we continue to achieve new revenue records every year! As Producer you will be responsible for prioritizing and driving day to day execution of features and projects based on our business goals, while collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure optimized and smooth build releases and daily operations of Covet Fashion. You will continually evaluate & improve development processes and communication between teams. You will understand our audience and be on the front lines ready to triage game issues and outages. Most importantly, you are the glue that holds the team together.

5+ years experience in game studio production

2+ years of experience leading, motivating and driving teams to success

Deep understanding of product plans and development schedules

Knowledge of Scrum/Agile methodologies

Flexible, focused on process improvement and problem solving

Live ops experience

Strong interpersonal skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Loves games

Experience with production tools, such as JIRA

Knowledge of First Party timelines and processes
