The Overwatch team, passionate gamers at heart, are looking for a new hero to team up as a Commercial Producer and help us make Overwatch 2 - the globe-spanning sequel to Blizzard Entertainment’s acclaimed team-based game.

As a Commercial Producer, you will spend your days collaborating with the teams responsible for Overwatch 2's commercial strategy and development, ranging from building game features to executing on initiatives and supporting the live commercial operations that deliver new and exciting content in the hands of our players.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Commercial, Design, and Leadership teams to define and champion goals for commercial features and initiatives.
- Contribute to building sustainable pipelines and processes for visibility, alignment, and work that requires both commercial and development efforts.
- Coordinate the efforts of the content development and release cycle for commercial features, initiatives, and live operations.
- Ensure communication is flowing between groups of both internal and external stakeholders, and ensure that everyone has consensus on tasking and goals.
- Own the day-to-day tasking and scheduling for your team, feature, or initiative.
- Facilitate team ceremonies such as recurring syncs, sprint planning, build reviews, brainstorm sessions, and feature kickoffs.
- Identify, communicate, and work to resolve challenges or roadblocks that may prevent our team or our development partners from achieving goals on time.
- Help make informed decisions in conjunction with leads and other producers on development priorities and resources.
- Serve as an ambassador of Blizzard core values and team values; "Leading Responsibly" in all interactions and activities.
- Promote and contribute to a culture of inclusion and diversity.
Requirements:
- Experience coordinating the delivery of large features or initiatives whose dependencies span multiple teams (such as content development, commercial/business development, or cross-functional game teams).
- Ability to prioritize effectively under important deadlines and manage complex schedules for multiple projects, driving them to completion in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of software development and project management, including agile frameworks.
- Clear and concise communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable with ambiguity but with an ability to drive towards clarity; strong collaborative problem solver.
- Attention to detail as well as the ability to understand the big picture.
- Being a force for good - always acting in the team's and game's best interests.
Pluses:
- Experience with development and support on a live product or online game.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or comparable applications.
- A passion for Overwatch and Blizzard games.
- BA / BS (or equivalent)
