Producer - Brand Communications

Job Description

We are seeking a Producer to manage and track all work within the Brand Team under the Experience department. This role will ensure that our Brand is consistent and present across all Experience work and beyond. He or she is responsible for Brand Team project flow and process, as well as ensuring the allocation and resourcing of the brand team resources. This person will serve as the organizational backbone of the Brand Team. They will manage Brand streams of work and project manage to ensure creative standards of excellence, schedules and budget are met.

Responsibilities

• Produce all Brand Team projects and ensure they are completed on time and on budget
• Prioritize tasks, lead sprint plans, and maintain production calendar to ensure timely execution
• Maintain project management system across all brand initiatives, working closely with product and program managers and key stakeholders from other departments
• Allocate and ensure the Brand team is given daily tasks.
• Balance multiple projects in fast-paced environment while maintaining an extremely high quality of work

Qualifications

• Experience in a Production environment
• Extremely organized, able to track and manage multiple streams of work
• An analytical mindset with strong presentation and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to help facilitate work within a group
• Experience managing budgets across various projects
• Interest in technology and curiosity around the future of computing and experience platforms
• Team player capable of working well with others and leveraging other people’s skills and strengths to deliver a stellar product

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 Years experience working in Production and Marketing
• Interest in immersive technology, the next generation of spatial computing and helping build the Magic Leap Brand
