Roblox is looking for a Privacy Support Specialist to join our Privacy Processing team. The Privacy Support Specialist will assist users with requests made under privacy rights, help develop team members' skills and processes, and engage with our teams on management directed projects. Projects will include developing new processes and training for feature releases, streamlining processes, and provide input. You will report to the team manager for privacy processing under Roblox's Public Affairs team. #LI-Remote
You will:
- Display expertise in your assigned area.
- Provide input on team development, training, documentation, and feedback.
- Help determine if a ticket needs to be escalated to a Lead.
- Perform specialized tasks, often within 3rd party tools or portals.
- Facilitate engagement with other business contacts, agencies, or law enforcement.
- Complete small projects with limited supervision and at the direction of Leads/Managers.
- Follow detailed processes accurately to complete user initiated requests.
- Be adept at adjusting scripted information to match the user's needs/inquiry.
- Thoroughly gather user information, determine and fulfill user needs, educate the user where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and document interactions.
- Provide quality service in many areas including: privacy request processing
- Help identify, tracking and escalating trending issues.
- Continuously evaluate opportunities to guide process improvements.
- Become proficient in multiple tool platforms to evaluate, update, and communicate relevant data to a user's inquiry, supervisory escalation, or internal team contact.
- Work efficiently with fellow team members to help facilitate a collaborative atmosphere.

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.
Annual Salary Range
$87,480 — $119,020 USD
