Privacy Audit & Compliance Manager

Then look no further than this exciting new opportunity to join the Square Enix family as our Privacy Audit & Compliance Manager based in the London Office. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to design, implement, deliver, and maintain a privacy audit & compliance program in your vision.
Working within the Privacy Team you’ll play a central role in helping the team to continue to build maturity and drive a culture of risk, data protection and privacy awareness.
Requirements
Key Deliverables:
- Design, implement, deliver, and maintain a companywide internal and external audit & compliance process based on the NIST Privacy and ISO 27701 frameworks.
- Advise the business on best practices and standards in audit & compliance.
- Carry out general privacy and risk compliance audits across the organisation and report findings back to the Data Protection Officer and Privacy team.
- Work with the Privacy Risk Senior Manager to verify that the operationalisation of risk assessment mitigating controls have been successfully implemented.
- Work with and influence key stakeholders across the business to proactively help them understand relevant controls and procedures.
Knowledge & Experience:
Essential:
- Experienced in designing, implementing, and delivering companywide internal and external compliance processes and policies.
- Good working knowledge of Data Protection and Privacy laws.
- A sound understanding of risk and project management.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into real life scenarios.
- Team player who thrives on proactively building and maintaining stakeholder relationships at all levels.
- Effective problem solver and critical thinker.
- Ability to assess and interpret data and present findings to varying levels of stakeholders.
- Possess outstanding organizational and communication skills.
- A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and diplomacy.
- Excellent organisational skills.
Desirable:
- Experience in auditing against NIST Privacy Framework
- Experienced in auditing against ISO 27701
- Audit / Compliance qualification e.g. CMIIA qualified.

We have a hybrid working policy which allows employees to work from the comfort of their home, three days per week, and in our amazing Blackfriars office for the other two.
