Bungie is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to partner with the client and tools areas of Central Tech. Working as part of an Area Leadership team, they will be responsible for viable and sustainable delivery across 7+ teams working on our proprietary engine, build infrastructure, and other foundational technologies used throughout Bungie.
They will align plans and priorities within and across teams (and partners) in the service of customer, business, and strategic needs. They are also responsible for the management and career growth of Program Managers within their areas and are accountable to the Program Management Lead.
Bungie full-time (non-contract) employees in the U.S. also receive:
- 20 days of accrued time-off in the form of PTO and sabbatical days, depending on the level of the position
- 10 paid Floating Days annually, prorated in the first year of employment based on start date
- 10 paid Bungie-observed holidays annually
- One hour of Paid Sick Time (PST) for every 30 hours worked
