You're the Principal Product Manager.

You are part of EA's Customer Experience organization that strives to make EA known for taking care of players. You will report to the Director of Product and lead a product portfolio to both improve existing and develop new player experiences. You lead product planning throughout the product lifecycle to ensure our Customer Experience offerings support the strategy and goals of EA. You'll collaborate with a variety of partners to design the products in your portfolio. You will gain insights from studios and other organizations with Customer Experience that influence your product roadmap. In some cases, you may lead a team of product managers that work within your product portfolio.

You're here to transform the player experience for EA games. You'll continue to manage your product portfolio roadmap for improvements and future releases. You'll work with company partners to understand how to enhance the customer experience. You'll get insight from external partners to understand how to help them and exceed player expectations. You will prioritize features or releases to ensure we meet our short-term goals while moving towards the long-term portfolio vision. You are the go-to person for any issues or escalation within your product portfolio.

You are an expert product manager and great at business analysis, problem statement development and collaboration. You are constantly assessing the trends of customer experience and the gaming and interactive entertainment industries. You balance long-term strategy work with daily tasks. You are successful at leading complex teams and might have experience with people management. You empower your team to achieve their goals and your overall goals. You have experience in the gaming industry and customer experience organizations.
