We're a remote-first company, but we believe people should be able to work where they can be most productive. Currently, we can employ in the United States and Canada. We also have offices in Los Angeles and Seattle for those interested in hybrid or full-time office work.

We are looking for a Senior Graphics Engineer to help us deliver stunning visual experiences for players. If you have experience developing novel rendering techniques, optimizing content pipelines, find joy in collaborating with a talented art team, and love to squeeze every ounce of performance out of the hardware available, this role could be for you. As a Senior Graphics Engineer, you will be expected to make significant contributions to our graphics pipeline. You will work closely with the art team to develop the tools and techniques required to hit visual targets. You understand how to establish performance budgets, explain and negotiate tradeoffs, and build tools to support said budgets. You will strive to understand Unreal Engine’s graphics pipeline on a deep level and make informed decisions about where our team should invest its resources. You are motivated to build quality across the entire graphics pipeline, from the workflows of the development team to what players see on screen. As a part of our engineering team, you will contribute to a culture of collaborative problem-solving, technical excellence, and continuous education and improvement.

Compensation: We believe that a team that builds together wins together. Because of that, our compensation packages consist of competitive industry standard base salaries, an annual bonus, and royalties. For this specific role, the base salary range is $170,000 to $220,000, with the final salary offered dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, experience, and internal equity.
