PRINCIPAL GAMEPLAY ENGINEER

We are seeking a Principal Gameplay Engineer to join our talented studio in tackling some of the most diverse and exciting projects . Past projects have ranged from VR & AR games to large-scale theme park installations. You’ll work alongside other Senior and Principal Engineers to help foster an environment where team members are excited to grow their careers and continue to launch engaging high-quality games. We're looking for someone who is excited about mentoring game engineers who are at the early stages of their careers.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A Minimum of 20 years of industry and/or relevant technical experience
  • Proven experience as a Senior-Level Engineer
  • Highly skilled in either C/C++ or C#
  • Unity3d and/or UE4 experience
  • Deep understanding of algorithms, performance, and optimization
  • Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude

You are trusted and proven on teams to lead and deliver incredible amounts of value. You help ensure that the studio's development methodologies meet the needs of our teams and our clients.

You are respected and sought out as a leader both within and outside of your team. Others look to you to define strategy, effectively communicate, and develop best practices. You are able to lead and address conflicts while remaining humble, empathizing to identify shared values and priorities amongst teammates and clients.
